Support
Answers to the questions people ask most, and how to reach the Garmio team.
Contact us
In the app
Open Settings → Help and write to us. Your messages and our replies stay there.
By email
Tell us your Garmio username, your iPhone model and iOS version, and add a screenshot if something looks wrong.
Account
How do I sign in?
With your Apple ID or your Google account: tap Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. There is no password to remember.
I can't sign in
Check your internet connection and try again. Sign in the same way as the first time — Apple or Google — or your account won't be found. If it still doesn't work, write to us from the email below.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your wardrobe items and photos, outfits, try-ons, wear history, followers and community activity. Deleting the account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it as described below.
Plans and credits
How do credits work?
Trying a look on yourself uses credits; the cost is shown on the Try on button before you tap it. The Plus, Pro and Max plans add credits every month, and one-time credit packs top you up whenever you need. Credits bought in a pack never expire.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Garmio and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, in Settings → Subscription in the app. Apple applies an upgrade straight away and a downgrade from your next renewal.
I paid, but my plan or credits don't show
Open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple Account you paid with. If that doesn't help, write to us in Settings → Help.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy and safety
Who sees my photos?
Only you, until you share a look or a story. Selfies and try-ons are kept in private storage. When Garmio looks through your photo library for outfit photos, it does so on your iPhone and doesn't upload them. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I report or block someone?
On a story, tap ⋯ → Report story. On a person's profile, tap ⋯ to mute their stories or block them. Reports go to our team for review.
Who can use Garmio?
People aged 18 and over. The full rules are in the Terms of Use.
